Broken soldered cable next to Isight cable

HELP! i broke the cable next to the Isight cable on my MacBook Pro. i was putting in an SSD and by mistake broke off the soldered cable. How do i fix this? Can apple fix it? can geek squad fix it? or should me and my step dad find someone else who could fix it? how much would it cost? could we replace it? my mac can turn on with the broken cable but i don't want to keep it on for too long because idk what might happen, HELP!!

Options

Soldering computer components is a very advanced DIY project it requires special tools, solder and lots & lots of practice as it's easy to destroy MLBs with too much heat.

Any computer/small electronics shop/technician that feels qualified could probably repair it.
