hi can anyone help I've just replaced the charger port and battery on my iphone 5 since this the home and sleep/lock button have stopped working so I replaced the whole screen assembly with no joy can anyone help or give me an idea what I have broke?

If have heard of this happening before and you have probobly damaged a component around the battery connection

you broke this:
Broke off small jumpers when prying battery out of iPhone..
when you pried the battery out, you pried near the pull tab and broke those 3 items which control the home and power.
I just did it too. You need a new logic board unless you can microsolder...
