What is the best LOCA to use when replacing glass?

I'm a bored stay-at-home dad who has recently started some minor refurbishing work to pass the time. I have a couple years experience repairing cell phones, so no repair really scares me.

What I really need to know is what is the absolute BEST LOCA I can get for the money? It seems that if I buy in bulk on eBay, I can get it for roughly $1.00/CC, but I don't want to buy 100 CC of something that is just going to end up being garbage. I'm dissatisfied with what I'm currently using, and I'm rather meticulous. I would rather not complete another repair again until I have some suggestions.

I understand that the OCA method is the very best approach, but for now, I simply must do the best with my current resources.
