Can I replace the sleep button?

My iPhone's sleep button does not seem to work after i dropped the phone one too many times. I have opened the phone using the guide from this site and all seems to be intact, however i can't get the sleep button to work again. Anyone with similar problems?

Thanks. Already tried that. All cables and connectors seem to be intact. The button also seems alright to me, but still no luck. Will probably just have to live without the sleep button :(
