ipad mini 1432 blank screen only backlight after jumping fillter

im new to this forum' and so glad i found this place,

my problem is i purchased a ipad mini 1432 off of ebay for my wife' that was damaged that needed to be put back together with new parts.

i had to purchase new digitizer new ic complete and new screen as well as battery. everything was working and lighting up without the digitizer conected' so all i had to do was solder in new ic and digitizer and put back together.

the thing is where i had the ipad was on my workshop table' and this was working but the charge was not that good hence the new battery.

our disabled daughter came into my workshop and moved it' not knowing it was connected up, thus when i came home it was not working, and i did not know why' untill my wife told me, you could hear it connect to itunes but nothing on screen.

so from reading on this excellent site' i jumped the fuse' with very carefull soldering' and a antex very tiny tip.

now to get to my point' sorry the backlight comes on pressing the top button' but the screen still stays black' i can here a voice that says no siri connect to itunes' .

my background is tv and video repair so ANY HELP ON THIS PLEASE// i would be very greatfull indeed.
