2 How do I get the tape to load?
The device powers up and opens correctly, but will not load the tape. Inside the mechanism strongly resembles a miniature VHS transport mechanism. So far I have tried several tapes, cleaning-both manually and with the tape supplied-and fiddling around inside with a screw driver. I wouldn't bother except my daughter's music recitals are on these tapes.
