Changed Trackpad - but it doesnt work because one missing part

I ordered a used fully checked trackpad, look like new.

but it doesnt work, because i wasnt able to screw up this little metall parts from the old trackpad that hold the trackpad without damaging it.

My new trackpad has this metall part for holding not. Now the click of the trackpad doesnt work.

Not sure if i can install it without this part and use poster strips ?

I havent found this assembling metall parts to screw the trackpad on alone.

Options

One of the screws is an adjustment screw not intended to be tightened down. It's function is to adjust the slop of the button. Open the system again and review the screws Trackpad bottom view. The left side torn screw is the adjuster did you tighten it? Only the red circled screws need to be tightened.
