Can I use an rear case from a iPhone 5S and replace it with the rear case on my iPhone 5?

No will not work as the screw posts in the iPhone 5 and 5s are in different locations plus you can't fit a iPhone 5 screen in a 5s screen as the clips that hol the screen in are different aswel
