Are the screen replacement parts different than those of the i9300?

Hello,

I broke the screen of my samsung galaxy s3 (LTE) gt-i9305, the official sellers of this device in my country don't offer the parts replacements, I went to some repairer stores, they told me they can't seem to find the screen replacement parts for the (gt-i9305) which I own, (the difference between the i9300 and the i9305 is the LTE support (4G) and an extra 1 gb of ram, but I don't think there is a difference in the screen parts, please tell me should I take the risk and ask for a normal i9300 screen or not? You have to be sure about the question before answering, thanks in advance for your help :)

i have a metro pcs galaxy s3 T999 and the glass and digitizer broke so i ordered a new screen replacement its I9300 brand will that work in my T999 galaxy s3 ?
