Can't unclog my print head.

I have followed your instructions on cleaning the print head several times. However, the yellow ink is still not coming through. Any other ideas. Thanks.

Please bring this up in the guide comments-I would be able to help you better there since I feel I can have more direct conversations then in Answers at times with issues in my manuals, and other users will be of assistance too. I also have it set to follow guide comments, for rare cases like this
