After screen repair, volume is really low?

Title pretty much says it, i did a front assembly repair on an iPhone 4 AT&T model: A1332. And when i was doing a few small tests i noticed the volume is significantly low. (yes i made sure the volume was all the way up).

Make sure the speaker grill is clear of any dirt, Check to make sure the dock connector is seated correctly on the logic board, if it is okay then try replacing the dock connector.
