Hi, my internal microphone not working but recognized by system . If I knock around a microphone input level shows a couple bars. Bought and replaced microphone itself, but no luck-still not working. Its looks like muted. Please let me know if you have any ideas .

As a workaround buy a USB audio adaptor (USB audio is separate from analogue) or, if you're Skyping?facetiming get a voice recognition quality headphone/microphone which will also reduce feedback noise.
