I've been having this issue with the LOWER mic not working after charger port replacement
It just stops working doesnt make sense voice memo and calling dont work. I tried 2-3 ports even put the old one in and nothing anybody else run across this problem.

To make sure the Dock Connector Flex Cable is in good condition, including the mic and charger port.
If the charger port can work but the mic can't work after you re-change a new complete OEM Dock Connector Flex Cable, the mother board ic about mic may be broken.

its oem connector tried putting the old one in and its still not working worked before think it might be software but i tried restoring the phone and its still not working so I have no idea what could be wrong any other sounds funtions work
