Remove and replace control panel

How do you remove front cover to access the control module?

One button in the control panel has come off................can I just replace this button only or do I have to replace the whole control panel...please advise

changing color from black to white, have all parts but control panel is not coming off easy ,so this shows me i am on the right track.

chermarcol, this might work for you " Open the door and remove all the screws (Torx T20 driver needed) around the border of the inner door liner to separate the door. DO NOT remove the screw by each hinge near the bottom. Loosen them but don't unscrew them all the way, or the door will fall into pieces and you will have problems getting it back together.

Separate the door and pull the control panel off the front panel. There are 2 screws coming in from the side of the control panel that you need to remove as well. There are 3 plastic tabs at the bottom of the control panel. Push these in with a flat head screwdriver so that you can remove the control board." from here. Hope this helps, good luck.

Put the buttons back in the right order...this is very important, since they have different lengths.

The buttons are made of plastic and hinged with plastic. My button failed because the plastic hinge failed and we replaced the control panel
