Why can't I unlock the screen?
The buttons work but as a result of water, my screen will not unlock. (sliding the bar at the bottom of the screen) what part do i replace?

Hopefully this is only damage to the screen and not the logic board. First step would be replacement to the front screen assembly, front glass, digitizer, display LCD, all one part. If new screen does not fix it, iPhone is broken.
