Stuck problems after replacing battery

I replace my battery and after that my iphone gone slow and dumb. it goes fine until the unlocking of the simm. when i put my pw (it is the correct one) it rights "unlocing please wait" but after that it stays there till i hard reset it. after that it comes ulocked. but if i try to do annything else it stuck again. for example if i try to make a phonecall it will stay there truck in the dialing screen with no action. and there is nothing i can do to cancel the call if i try to , it will stay forever to the cancellation screen. i double and triple checked all connectors what should i do??
