Bad iPhone 4s Cellular signal after drop

Hey all,

I recently dropped my iPhone about 2 feet unto the sidewalk. I had a LifeProof case on, so no outer damage is visible. Unfortunately, since that day, at first, I had full signal but no internet access. And soon after, my signal came down to 0 or 1 bars most of the time, but I had internet access.

Same iPhone's from verizon get 3-5 3G/4G signal at home. Mine gets 0-1.

The phone has been once dropped in water, so I have replaced the dock connector in the past since the speakers weren't working because of a mold build-up on one of the pins. I have also replaced the cellular antenna, in attempt to fix this signal issue. That has not worked. I have cleaned the metal prongs of the cellular antenna cable, but no change has been noticed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can upload photos of my phone's interior if need be.

Thanks!

Make sure the top of the logic board is properly screwed down onto the frame. the top frame serves as the secondary cellular antenna, you probably never fixed the primary antenna around the speaker and the drop just made the secondary one quit
