On button broken. With jailbreak, can I boot using the home button?

Hi Guys,

I have an iphone 3g with a broken power button, I have just jailbroken it using redsnow's dfu restore. i was wondering if I can turn on the phone using the home button instead of the sleep/wake button???

Options

If your iphone is jailbroken you can find a software todo that.

Its name is ACTIVATOR.

If you search in cyida you will find it. Its a free software.

You can use volume button to turn on and off your iphone. Or you can use swipe your finger on top of screen. There are lot of options to power on and off (its named sleep button in activator).
