Logic Board replacement from a MacBook black Logic Board 2.0

Is it possible to transfer a logic board from a MacBook Black 2.0 Intel Core 2 Duo to MacBook White 2.4 intel Core 2 Duo.

If Yes please give the solution i got 2 MacBook c'ant use,

From what I know, almost all the MacBooks (Core 2 Duo series) are essentially the same on the inside. Just follow this guide and it should work (If they're both broken, it doesn't hurt to try!)
