So my screw is stripped horribly, and I'm thinking of prying the case open by force and replace it with another one (I don't mind if it cracks into pieces). How do I go about doing it?

You are definitely going to break the phone, I have a phone literally torn apart but the back cover stayed intact, like a miracle.

Drill the screws out with a small drill bit and then remove as normal
