ipad bad lcd

Hi, I just replaced my ipad 3rd genertaion's lcd. I replaced it because i thought that it had gone bad after the screen turned blue. After replacing the lcd nothing changed the screen is still blue. If anyone knows what the problem is and what part is needed I would be very gratefull. Thanks

I just took it to a repair store and they said it was not the lcd and it was not the logic bord. i was wondering if it was the little connector that you put the lcd cable in to, if it is how to fix.

it can be caused by a strange software glitch, but its really unlikely. all you can do to eliminate this is to reformat it... other than that, there is only the LCD or the Logic Board that could cause such a fault. The LCD in the iPad 3 doesn't have a separate LVDS cable, as it connects directly to the Logic Board through its integrated cable, so i don't see how the repair company could have eliminated the Logic Board as a possible cause without having fitted a replacement LCD and found it to be working.

Is it possible that your replacement LCD is not a good quality one? are the faults on the original and replacement exactly the same?
