Why does the DVD drive keep ejecting the disc?
My Wii U keeps ejecting the games. All the games are new and clean.

Have you tried a cleaning CD?
You should still be under warranty so if it's anything other than dirt on the lens then it should be sent back under warranty for repair / replacement.

check your kids haven't pushed pennies in there, or something similar

The WiiU doesn't include a DVD player application. It's spitting it out becuase it's not a Game. I had the same issue with trying an Audio CD.

Dirty disk or something like cotton or chips or blankets got eaten up. Send some hate mail to Nintendo and ask them for a new console.
