Speedometer does not work.
The speedometer on my van does not work. One day when I started it the speedometer jumped then came back and got buried in the neg range. Note: the RPM meter still works.
I was wondering what the best approach would be to get this fixed? I'm sure if I take it to the dealer it will cost a minimum of $250 (maybe more) to get it fixed.
How difficult is it to tear into the dash to actually replace the speedometer itself?
