it power up but no boot no vidio

It broken. Look we need a a lot more history and details to be of any help - work with us here. What sounds it makes, what lights do/do not appear can all point to reasons for boot failure. So can history like spills, falls, lightening strikes or power surges.

Connect to an external monitor - if you get video the black screen is an internal problem. You might even be able to run AHT or find out what the real issue is.
