No Internal or External Video Output

Hi, i'm new to this site, ive got this iMac Intel 24" EMC 2134 that was brought to me yesterday with no video, tried new memory, to no avail, internal LED's during 'apple chime' shows all 4LEDS LIT. 4 Monitor lit up then flickers and turns off, number 3 video LED is lit the entire time. I'm thinking my problem is the LCD screen its self, but then i don't have any External output! Any thoughts on this would be appreciated!

No external video output generally points to VGU/VGC logic board problems. That onboard flickers then turns off might be a power supply problem. See this Answer for troubleshooting steps.
