Options

Water damage. Works fine but no more backlight. How to repair?

My iPhone accidentally got humid due to a skiing accident last week. Still works fine but the backlight on the display is dead. Can't fix it by a reinstall. What parts should be replaced?

Sensor at connecting contact at bottom shows red.

If everything else works, you could probably get the phone to work by replacing the LCD. Part is here, guide is here.
