Galaxy Tab 2 Screen Replacement

Ok, so i have cracked the screen on my galaxy tab 2 7.0 .. is it possible to replace only the digiitizer/screen? or does the LCD need replacing as well? (LCD is currently Fine)

Also, is their any guide on here for doing so? i cannot seem to find one.
