iPhone Won't connect to home wifi

I believe (hope) this is not an Iphone problem, but my WIFI or router problem. Recently my phone will not connect to my home wifi. When I bring up the available networks, a message comes up and says "cannot connect to Belkin 404" which is my router. My laptop is still hooked up to the wifi, and I get wifi signals on my phone elsewhere. But I don't even have the option to re-enter my router password or anything. Suggestions?

Thanks

If there is written obtaining ip address and wifi not connected

Setting > wifi> info of your home router > static > rewrite your ip address of router which is behind your router or from your laptop.

Before you reset the phone or do anything drastic try this:

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap on Wi-Fi
  3. Tap on the info button next to the network name (i)
  4. Tap on Forget This Network
  5. Restart the phone by holding the lock and home buttons for a few seconds until it reboots
  6. Try rejoin the network, it will ask you for the password again
