Why can't I insert CD's into my optical drive?

History

I do not think there is anything wrong with the optical drive, but the bracket in between the drive and the case, which you insert the CD through seems to be bent, and CD's are catching on it. Is there a part number for that bracket, I've tried bending it back into shape, but I think its trash now.
