Have 2 screws that are completely stripped and not coming out (optical bay area)
Have tried hard pushing it down still nothing.
It's on the black area near optical drive

Try pressing down on the optical drive to relieve any pressure on the screws. That failing, get this extractor set: Precision Screw Extractor Set
