Power not turning on.
I`ve tried Power by itself, Option/ Power, Cntl-Command/ Power & zapping the PRAM but am getting no response from my iBook since yesterday morning. I also tried to firewire target from my Mac Mini G4 but there`s no response from the power button...Any other tricks I could try?

Reset the PMU, with the power off, hold down the power button for 10 seconds until you hopefully hear a tone and see the sleep light flash.
Thanks, you sent me in the right direction anyway! I couldn`t remember what PMU stood for but had an inkling there was a pin hole on the side for re-setting when there`s no power..I tipped the computer over to look for this & the processor suddenly came on! From there it`s been a matter of shutting down & starting with the power button as usual...
Do you get any sound, lights or noises? Light on AC adapter?
mayer,
The green light is on the power connector on the side is on, the battery is fully charged. Earlier on.. yesterday when I zapped the PRAM the white light on the front of the case came on & seemed to be stuck on so I turned off at the Power again. Now there`s no signs of life at all when trying to turn on.
mgaffney,
