Persistent LCD Problems with multiple LCDs...

Having problems with the LCD on an iPad 2.

The LCD will just go black. Black light visible, but no picture, just black.

Reset (Power+Home) does not fix the problem ever. Adjusted the cable connection, and it fixes the issue temporarily (for about a day or so). Replaced the LCD cable, and it'll work, but the problem will arise in about a day or so. Replaced the LCD & cable, and it fixed the issue, once again only temporarily.

No water damage. No signs of overheating...

Using a smart cover, worried that it might be contributing somehow??

I really don't want to have to open this thing up every other day to get temporary usage out of it.
