White Screen on Startup no apple icon

Hallo to all.

I have an big problem with my mac mini a1347

i start the system an i conect an hdmi monitor on the mac mini. i get only an white screen and no apple icon. the fan is running and the powerlight flash.

sorry for my bad english i am from austria ;)

is this porblem known? can i fix the board?

what i doing until. change ram, unplugged all hdd, only start the systeme with logicboard and one ram.

pram reset and so on.

Options

First are you sure the display is working correctly? If it's OK, check the cable HDMI to DVI adapter.
