My coffee maker does not pour a shot.

I have bought this coffee maker few years ago...just use it a few times. Last week I tryed to make a cup of latte and the machine did not pour the expresso shot..

Do you guys have any ideia what is going on...

Options

Try running water from the brewhead with the portafilter (aka. coffee basket) off of the machine; if water comes out, then your coffee may just be too finely ground or your basket is clogged. If no water comes from the brewhead you could have some scale buildup or your pump may be failing. There are several similar questions under the Starbucks Barista category that contain tips and solutions, I would look through them if you haven't already.
