Replacing headphone jack cable problems

Hi guys I've repaired hundreds of iPhones but I don't understand how to fold and fit this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/iPhone-4S-Black-...) to be this (http://guide-images.ifixit.net/igi/XRoDH...) Please help if there is a video I should watch because this is very important.
