My screen is frozen with a message.

History

I have plugged my i pod into a frineds lap top to charge. i have removed the charger and the screen seems to be frozen with the message "ok to disconnect"

what do i do?

Hold down the Menu and Center button at the same time to reset the iPod. This should fix the problem.
