Replacement Power Supply Compatibility Apple Part Number 661-4183

Question regarding a stock item in the ifixit store.

I have an iMac 24" 2.16GHZ, Model A1200, AMC 2111, S/N W872807HVGN.

There is a replacement power supply in the ifixit store which appears to be the right item to suit my iMac. I have reservations about purchasing the item because the Apple Part Number on the replacement part (661-4183) is different to the one I have removed from my iMac (614-0387).

Is the power supply in the store an exact replacement?

Assistance much appreciated.

Awesome. Thanks for your assistance. My observation regarding the price for this part is that it varies significantly. iFixit's is around the mark and far cheaper than here in Australia.
