Is there a difference between the L710 and i535 replacement parts?

I need a new screen for my galaxy s3. I have Verizon. I see a lot more replacement screens for the sprint L710 than I do the i535. Are they the same for both phones? I also was wondering if anyone has actually successfully changed just the glass touch screen? I seen the YouTube video of the guy doing it but I see online where people say its next to impossible to not brake or ruin the LCD in the process. I have fixed other phones before. So, not my first time. Just would rather not waste the money or time trying if not worth it. Thank you in advance for any info or advice!
