iMac (Early 2006)
The iMac (Early 2006) was introduced in January 2006. This computer has several features that distinguish it from the iMac G5:
A 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo processor with a 17-inch screen, or a 2.0 GHz Intel Core Duo processor with a 20-inch screen.
Comes with an ATI Radeon X1600 video card using PCI Express.
Comes with a mini-DVI video out port.
My bad, mixed up DVI and DisplayPort
If DVI to HDMI is too expensive for you then DVI to VGA will work as well.

The cable I recommended is $12
$12 is a bit more than 37 cents, more options is always better for people with unknown budgets.
In that case, you can use an adapter such as this one to connect the DVI port from your mac to the HDMI port on your TV.

This type connector was available for some AGP and PCI video cards used in the G4 towers and Mac Pros.
