Rear glass top and bottom panels

Are the rear top and bottom glass panels on the iPhone 5 replaceable? If so how and how difficult are they to replace? Also, where can I find the panels so I can replace them myself?

Update

I was curious because I plan on customizing it. I like the look of the classic iPhone with the silver and the black. I would buy the white iPhone and replace the back panel, display and button to black.

Hi,

I'm in the same situation, the bottom piece of glass is broken on mine. I've chipped away the broken glass and the piece is just glued in. I've managed to find the part here.

I'm just ordering it now so I'll let you know how I get on!

I'm lost... So if I change the top and bottom glass, do I need to disassemble the whole iPhone 5 inside and out? Or can I use a heat gun and heat up the top and bottom glass and use a platic pry tool and pry it out, then put some adhessive and stick on the new glass? BTW, my glass on the top and bottom isn't broken, I just want to make it red.... Thank you, someone please respond ASAP! :)

With this repair I took the somewhat extreme step of chipping away at the broken glass and old adhesive with the stanley blade.

Once clear I attached the new glass piece with a little glue.

There is no need to take the iPhone itself apart.
