How can I fix flickering white lines on iPod with no warranty?

i don't have warranty for my iPod, i took it to my home country on august I haven't used it at all and on september i realized that it has stopped working. I charged it and it showed white moving lines.I gave it for repair to someone they said they can't do anything. when i try to restore it . it shows error 1602. What to do ? :(

shiry, try this for the 1602 error:

1. Download iReb from here.

2. Open and select your device

3. Go into DFU mode. this video will show you how.

4. Restore using iTunes.

Previous issues I had with a 1602 error was a bad battery:-). Hope this helps, good luck.
