Why is my computer making weird police siren sounds.

i turned off my computer about 10:00 pm lastnight and there were no problems when shutting down. This morning at 8:40 am the computer turned on automatically then the battery light started to flash and a police siren like sound started. Please help urgent.

green light or orange lights flashing? Unplugged all usb devices? Tried to remove the battery and the hard drive and reinstall it?
