WTB: Back glass clamp that bottom screws go into

One of the clamp style pieces that the bottom screws thread into fell out when I dropped my 4 and shattered my back plate. Now, I'm replacing the backplate(again...) and I can only insert 1 screw. Any Ideas where I can get this part?

the holes with thread ar inside the backplate, not sure if you bought a new backplate and why you cant insert the screw
