Screen not working, lcd, cables?

History

Bought a replacement screen from phonepartsusa and installed it very carefully. Then i turned on the phone, noticed there was a crack on the lcd on the top right, BUT the screen is still black. anyone know how i can fix this? i dont want to end up buying another screen >_<

You can ask that shop for exchange or order new one.
