I can't make calls from my phone.

I have just repaired my iphone 4 myself and for some reason my touch screen has become really unresponsive, what is the reason for this?

What did you repair and what do you mean by "really unresponsive"? Does it respond at all? Have you double checked your work, made sure that the cables are properly connected, and that you have no bend pins on the connectors?
