Can I diagnose and repair my faulty Breville BES200 espresso machine?

This is a pretty basic, Thermoblock, 15-bar espresso machine. Lights are on. Machine heats up, as it should. However, there's no pump sound or action, and therefore no water pumps through - and no coffee. : (
I'd love to be able to fix this myself, if I can find the guidelines.
