Phone turns off and on!

Phone turns off after a while but not all the time, some times im able to turn it on by pressing the on/off key but some times i need to plug it to the charger to turn it on!
i have used this phone for like 2 days and no problems them it start happening again.....
I tried to restore the phone which also didnt help, for sure its not software problem but its hardware problem!
Any ideas PLEASE......
