Burned Logic Board // No power.

Hello there..
I have a iphone 4 32gb and i burned...
(I Connect the usb cable to 12v...)
now the iphone is complete dead.
I have pluged out the logic board and try to find what is burned.I cant find anything.
What is the first chip that could burned?
Is there any fuse-chip that can be replaced or bypassed?
