Screen not working after cleaning, can it be THE 4 pin connector?

After cleaning my iMac i replaced all connectors, system seems to boot up but display doesn't turn on. I noticed That THE connector which disconnects first ( 4 pin on à sleeve) is broken. Can this be THE problem and how can i fixit?
