Ripped upper antenna piece

When the iPhone 4 is open and sitting on the front glass, there is a connection at the top right of the phone. This seems like some type of antenna, however I cannot find the replacement part, not sure if it can be replaced.
The part is being lifted by the pry tool in the first image on this guide (Installing iPhone 4 Verizon Upper Antenna - Step 25):

If anyone can name this part or let me know if I would have to replace the whole chassis, I would greatly appreciate it.
